satyamev jayate

The charitable activities carried out by the school were highly appreciated and were selected to showcase the concept of “Idea of India” in the serial named “Satyamev Jayate”. In the first series of “Satyamev Jayate”, there were 13 episodes. The first 12 episodes were based on certain issues or problems faced by our country. Whereas the 13th episode; as explained by Amir Khan in the introductory comments of the 13th episode named as “Idea of India”; he explained that in the sad and gloomy reality of our country there are certain NGOS/Institutes which have followed the directive principles laid down in the constitution of India. He wanted to highlight some positive and constructive things going on in this great nation for which, he and the team “Satyamev Jayate” selected two of our school activities as activities which he showcased and highlighted in his episode of “Idea of India”. The school activities was given detailed coverage in his said episode and in the end of our story, he saluted the “SHALA PARIVAR” for unbelievable work done under the then prevailing situation.
